1. Accuracy of Information

  • Ensure all information you provide (email, billing/shipping details) is accurate.

  • We will use this information to communicate with you regarding your orders.

2. Product Availability

  • We will endeavor to supply the product you ordered.
  • If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative.

3. Warranty

  • All KRBKeys products come with a 1-year hardware warranty from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty is not transferable.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Fair wear and tear

    • Willful damage, accident, or negligence by you or third parties

    • Misuse or use contrary to KRBKeys instructions

    • Unauthorized alterations or repairs

4. Data Protection

  • We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.

  • We use reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Product Descriptions & Pricing

  • Only the product description and price shown on your order are accurate.

  • Advertisements or prior communications do not form part of the sales contract.

  • These terms supersede any previous agreement, whether oral or written.

6. Consumer Protection

  • Off-the-shelf products are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products are exempt from this act.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to assess the suitability and usefulness of products before purchase.

  • KRBKeys staff and literature can assist, but the final decision lies with the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • KRBKeys is not responsible for data loss due to software or hardware failure.

  • We also do not accept responsibility for any hardware you bring in for installation into custom systems.

9. Product Testing & Faults

  • Some products may appear faulty when there is no physical defect.

  • Our engineers use industry-standard testing to assess reported issues.

  • Warranty applies to hardware only.

10. Pricing & Payment

  • Product prices may change frequently.

  • Only your order confirmation reflects the exact products supplied and their prices.

  • Prices on the website include VAT and delivery charges.

  • Ownership of products transfers to the customer once payment is received, but risk passes at delivery.

11. Pricing Errors

  • If you notice a price that seems incorrect, please confirm before ordering.

  • If a pricing error is discovered after ordering, we will contact you to:

    1. Continue with the purchase at the correct price, or

    2. Cancel the order for a full refund

  • Orders will not be processed until we receive your instructions.

12. Digital Products & Software

  • Software and digital products cannot be returned.

  • Products registered with the manufacturer are non-returnable.

13. Order Acceptance

  • KRBKeys reserves the right to decline any order for security or other concerns.

  • If payment has already been taken for a declined order, a full refund will be issued within 1–2 business days.
