Welcome to KRBKeys. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using our services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Accuracy of Information

  • Ensure all information you provide (email, billing/shipping details) is accurate.

  • We will use this information to communicate with you regarding your orders.

2. Product Availability

  • We will endeavor to supply the product you ordered.
  • If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative.

3. Warranty


  • Every product key we sell is guaranteed to activate the product described on its product page.

  • If your key does not activate, contact support@krbkeys.com with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We will help you activate it or provide a replacement key.

  • This guarantee does not cover keys that have already been activated successfully and later stop working because of hardware changes, reinstalling on a different edition, or use contrary to the activation instructions we provide.

  • This guarantee is not transferable.

4. Data Protection

  • We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.

  • We use reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Product Descriptions & Pricing

  • Only the product description and price shown on your order are accurate.

  • Advertisements or prior communications do not form part of the sales contract.

  • These terms supersede any previous agreement, whether oral or written.

6. Consumer Protection


  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

  • Because we deliver our products digitally and you can use them immediately, your right to cancel may end once the product key has been delivered to you, where the law allows this. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to assess the suitability and usefulness of products before purchase.

  • KRBKeys staff and literature can assist, but the final decision lies with the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Before installing or upgrading software, we recommend backing up your files. KRBKeys is not responsible for data loss caused by software installation, hardware failure or system errors.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

9. Product Testing & Faults


  • Most activation problems are caused by installing the wrong edition (for example Home instead of Pro) or by a previous key on the device, not by a faulty key.

  • If you report a problem, our support team will check your key and guide you step by step. Our free Activation Guides also cover the most common errors.

  • If we confirm the key itself is faulty, we will replace it or refund it.

10. Pricing & Payment

  • Product prices may change at any time without notice.
  • Only your order confirmation reflects the exact products supplied and their prices.
  • All prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout shows any applicable taxes before you pay.
  • There are no delivery charges: we deliver all products digitally by email.
  • When you buy a product key, you receive a license to use the software. Ownership of the software itself remains with its publisher (for example, Microsoft).

11. Pricing Errors

  • If you notice a price that seems incorrect, please confirm before ordering.

  • If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you to:

    1. Continue with the purchase at the correct price, or

    2. Cancel the order for a full refund

  • We will not process the order until we receive your instructions.

12. Digital Products & Software


  • Product keys are digital goods that we deliver by email, so you cannot physically return them.

  • Once you have activated a key successfully, it is non-refundable.

  • Keys that cannot be activated are covered by section 3 (Warranty) and our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Order Acceptance

  • KRBKeys reserves the right to decline any order for security or other concerns.

  • If payment has already been taken for a declined order, a full refund will be issued within 1–2 business days.
