Need help with an order or a product key? You can contact us any time by email, live chat or the form above, and a real person on our support team replies, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours. To get the fastest answer, it helps to check a few things first and include the right details in your message.
Check your order email
Every order comes with an email that contains your product key and the official Microsoft download link. Search your inbox and spam folder for your order number. You can also find your keys in My Account → Orders.
Key not arrived yet?
Windows 11 Pro keys arrive instantly after payment. Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Home and Office 2021 usually take 2 to 10 minutes, and other products can take from 10 minutes up to 6 hours. If your key still has not arrived after that time, contact us with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
Got an activation error?
Most activation problems have a quick fix. Our activation guides explain the common error codes step by step, such as 0xC004C008 and 0xC004F050. Microsoft also explains how to reactivate Windows after a hardware change.
What to include when you contact us

Refunds and replacements
If a key does not activate and we cannot fix it, we send you a replacement key or a refund. Read our return and refund policy for the full conditions, then contact us with your order number and we will take care of it.
