1. Digital Products – Nature of Delivery
All products sold on KRBKeys are digital product keys delivered by email.
Once a digital key has been delivered, it cannot be returned or resold, as digital goods are non‑returnable by nature.
2. Refund Eligibility
When a Refund May Be Issued
We offer a refund only when:
We are unable to deliver the product key to you after purchase.
In this rare case, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You must notify us if this occurs, and we will process your refund promptly.
When a Refund Is Not Available
No refunds will be issued in the following situations:
You ordered the wrong product because you did not read the product description.
You have internet issues that prevent file download or key retrieval.
You are unable to install or activate the product due to technical limitations.
In such cases, we are happy to assist you, but we do not issue refunds for activation issues.
If your key fails to activate, we will issue a replacement key upon request — as long as you provide the required error screenshot showing the error message, date/time stamp, and email to verify the issue.
More than 14 days have passed since your date of purchase.
Replacement or assistance requests after 14 days from purchase will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Refund / Replacement
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund:

4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
We initiate it within 1–2 business days of approval.
Final credit back to your payment source may take 2–4 business days depending on your bank or service provider.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit/debit card, bank account, wallet, etc.).
