Every key we sell is a retail product key for the exact Windows or Office version named on the product page. Here is what that means, where our keys come from, and what we guarantee.
What you are buying
You receive a retail product key, delivered by email (and, for Windows 11 Pro, also in your account). It activates online with Microsoft and is meant for one PC. You install Windows or Office from Microsoft’s own download page and enter the key during or after installation.
Where our keys come from
Our keys are retail licenses recovered from business computers that have been retired or decommissioned by companies and computer manufacturers such as Dell and HP. The license is removed from the old device and transferred to you, so it can be activated on your PC.
Why our prices are lower
Because these licenses come from retired computers rather than new boxed copies, we can offer them for less than a new retail box. Delivery is digital only: no box, no DVD and no shipping costs.
What we never sell
- No cracked keys, key generators or activation tools
- No shared or “multi-PC” keys: one key is sold to one customer
- No unofficial download files in our guides: we only link to Microsoft’s official download pages
How to check your license
After activation, open Command Prompt and run:
slmgr /dlvA window shows your Windows edition, the license channel and the activation status. For Office, go to File → Account in Word or Excel to see the product and activation status.
Our guarantee
If your key does not activate, send us a screenshot of the error message with your order email and we will send you a replacement key. If we cannot provide a working key, we refund you in full to your original payment method. Requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
